Jules said I could load some of her TDF photos onto The Horne Journal. Steven and Julie watched the Prologue in London
then flew across the chanel to France 
and watched the cyclists come through one of the early mountain stages, was probably stage 2 0r 3 (top right hand corner of France, check your maps). Before the cyclist come through they have whats called the Caravanes ( all the sponsors drive the course about an hour ahead of the cyclists in novelty vans and cars and throw free stuff to the crowds) and this gets the crowds all pumped up.

Cadel Evans came runner up by 23 seconds this year, so hopefully next year he is going to be the first Aussie to win.
The countryside is SPECTACULAR and this is one of my all time dream holidays, to go to France and follow the TDF around. So thanks alot Jules for the photos theyre just unreal.
