PS my neck is better if anyone wanted to know, got one more chiro appointment next week, last week she cracked my neck back into spot, nerver damage she said, bit like a bulging disk but not really, I'm not bothered by it tho, really I'm not bovvard (did any one watch the catherine tate show, i'm not bovvard....

Just need to let you all know that I have been going to the Physio for 4 months now, looks like I have to get a quarter- zone(?)to get rid of the pain, but I no complain.
This blooging thig is like a run away fire now, hard to keep up with.
Susan and I went to Phillip Island on the long weekend, no footy to speak of. It was great to do nothing, I can say that is something I can do.--- Joe
