The Soufle Challenge

Bonjour Y'all,
Thank you for adding the photos to the blog Ben, they are just such lovely photos of Macy Jobe, Adele and Stephen. HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Mr Jobe on Saturday he will be 2 years old xx00xx
Everything is good here and keeping warm in the most coldest of cold Melbourne Winters, I must be getting old because i keep whinging about the cold. Wont be long now til spring is here only another 2 weeks. Last weekend i spent at Waratah Bay with Trishy and we had a nice time together and we had the soufle challenge, check out the photos theyre so cool, we had both never cooked them before and they look magnificent, although tasted like plain air....very light and fluffy. Howie did the City to Surf fun run last weekend in Sydney and for the 14.3 km he ran 1 hour and 20 minutes and he had an absolutely fantastic time, he was so excited to have run this famous race and competed it in such a good time. Apart from his feet which are blistered he did a good job. On Sunday i have arranged a walk around Albert Park Lake with some friends that have dogs, its call the 1/2 A Million Paws Walk, there will be more dogs than people, so that will be fun. Is everyone enjoying the Olympics? I havent been getting into it 100% but still enjoying some of the sports i have been watching, the gymnastics, cyling, swimming and looking forward to the atheletics next week.
Also what about Sir Robert Harvey? We are going to miss him at the Saints, I feel sorry for him in a way he has spent the last 20 yrs at one club trying to acheive the ulitimate prize, when he could have gone else where and won many premierships, maybe i am biased? Probably...but he is such a champion and we will miss him next season.
Ok better do some work, so cheerio everyone and speak to you all soon,

Lots of love, Kristy xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

She forgot to mention the chocolate bread & butter pudding, the bacon, banana and cheese Turkish breads and the parsnip soup that we also made and consumed with much lip smacking! All food 100% needed to fuel us for the eye-boggling attempt at staying up until 2.30 am to watch the Olympic Opening ceremony. Well done to the Howster for competing the race in sydney in such good time. We expect him to get in training for the 2009 Prom Country Challenge so that we can be the Official Support Team. Have a good weekend. Trishy
