Beautiful Melbourne

Good Morning everyone and welcome to the new week.

Yesterday Howie and I got on our bikes and rode down to the beach and there was so much going on in Melbourne town. The weather was STUNNING, just so picture perfect, there was BRIGHT blue sky, no wind, flat seas and alot of people out and about. There was a triathalon in progress and Beach Road was closed off...it is the busiest of roads and it was eerie so silent. Also was a beach volleyball competition, an open water rowing surf life saving carnival. I had to stop all the time to take photos, it was just picture perfect. We also saw 2 AFL/VFL clubs doing training and recovery sessions (North Melbourne and Oak Park footy clubs). There were so many people out and about yesterday, on bikes, walking dogs, rollerblading it was so alive and made me really happy to be out on my bike.

The rest of the day we just bummed around, washing, gardening, chilling out.
